Cancellation of Registration
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the EANM Office:

In the event of cancellation before December 16, 2022 a refund of your registration fee minus a charge for administrative proceedings of EUR 100.00 will be made after the event. Any cancellation received after December 16, 2022 will not be accepted (e.g. 100% cancellation fee). Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The EANM accepts no responsibility or liability against cancellations of bookings, loss or inconvenience or theft/damage to belongings in this regard.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement
The EANM accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion. If the EANM elects to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference. If the EANM elects to cancel the event, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. The EANM will not refund any travel costs associated with the cancellation of the event. Any accommodation pre-payment refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.

Bank Transfer Charges
All bank charges for the transfer service must be paid by the participant. Open amounts must be settled before receiving a congress name badge.
Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt/bank statement.
Please note: down-payments cannot be accepted.
Substitutions will be accepted if the name and email address of the substitute are sent to the EANM Office (email@example.com) no later than December 16, 2022. Name and email address of substitutes need to be sent in the same email as the notification of cancellation.
